Picture it: you’ve applied for a job and you got the call to come in for an interview. You’re excited about this new prospective job, about feeling like you might contribute something to society, about no longer having to tell people you’re in between jobs right now. But you’re nervous, too.
A job interview is statistically one of the most stressful events in a person’s life. Between deciding what clothes to wear, finding confidence, and not wanting to say the wrong thing, there’s almost no time to reveal what a kickass employee you’d be!
The management at Millenials Inc., a corporation built by and for members of the millennial generation, has sought to address this problem.
“We wanted to innovate the job interview. No more nervousness, no more worrying about your sweaty hands when you go in for the handshake with the boss,” said CEO Justin Shellinger.
Shellinger and the other Millenials’ solution is to sit the candidate in front of a computer and tell them to take any amount of Buzzfeed personality quizzes for an hour. The candidate’s quiz results are sent to the interviewer’s computer for review.
“The most successful candidates take a lot of Harry Potter quizzes,” Shellinger added.
